I am often asked what I do to help horses who may have vertebral blockings , or other issues that may be helped with such things as chiropractic or Osteopathic manipulations, acupuncture etc.  In the system I teach we use a systematic approach using the Baucher jaw and neck flexions and the lateral movements of the old masters to supple and strengthen the horse. Some times however you need more . For almost fifteen years their is only one method that I have seen and used that has worked the best on my horses and the other horses I was asked to help with also and that is BIO-SCAN.   Being trained as a Naturopath and in Veterinarian Homeopathic medicine I always highly approved of the non invasive non harming aspect of Bio-Scan but more importantly it NEEDS TO WORK . Bio Scan Works.

In almost all the other modalities of care one is relying on the expertise of the practitioner to tell you what is wrong by sight or feel , things that are very subjective.  In manipulations some time things get overly harsh to me with all of the pulling pushing and twisting ,hoping  for success based on the  the practitioner's guess being  correct.  In Bio Scan their is no guess work involved. The first part of the equipment is a Bio Find unit that reminds one a lot of the old Star Trek show . Bones , the ship's Dr. scanning the Captain for what is wrong with a small box.  With Bio Scan you also have a small box with a sort of wand -comb device that gently is passed over the skin of the horse and when you reach a spot that corresponds to an area that needs treatment the machine gives out an audible signal and even a digital read out so you can judge the degree it is off by. One then gently marks that spot with a crayon type marker and goes on . When  you are finished you have a variety of spots on the horse which correspond to the problems the horse is having. 

Next you apply low energy Photon therapy from the treatment portion of the Bio Scan by simply holding a cluster light probe on each spot for approximately 30 seconds. Years ago when I was one of the first people to use the Bio Scan it took 3 minutes but the light diodes are much better now and can even be combined with removable magnetic assistance .

The Pulse Frequency of the equipment is even adjustable and within the 7 settings one can find exactly what ails the horse with easy to use supplied charts . I am not trying to get to technical here the main thing is ITS EASY AND IT WORKS. You can do it yourself and you don't have to rely on anyone when your horse needs it .

Over the years I have scanned MANY horses and in EVERY case I have had improvements , some horses had gone through every type of other treatments first to no avail and where finally helped  with Bio Scan. You can buy both the diagnostics and treatment devices and or there are a few stand alone pieces of equipment virtually every one needs.

1. The light cap . This device its easily on the horses head held securely by the halter.   It contains a large number of strategically placed photon lights that work to help the pole area and other key places in the spine and head that stimulate a calm behavior . Many horses I have found who exhibit behavior problems have been pulled off in the atlas and pole and this light cap can often relive that problem and help bring the horse back to its calm and content nature making the work progress much faster under saddle .
2. Back Pad . this just lays on the back of the horse and again has a variety of light diodes to work the places in the horses back that can be sore and blocked from all the reasons that happens when we ride them . Just put it on the back turn it on and let it do its job.

I could list dozens of horses here with lameness issues , behavioral issues , back issues , hock and stifle issues and on and on . Some time after only one treatment the horse is better. Some times it layers itself out , the points move from one place to another as the energy paths are cleared in the horse . So you start of thinking it is his neck , get points their then they move to the back , then down to a hock and then the problem is gone .

One example is my 22 year old Paso Fino Gelding Faldon Bravo. Faldon was a champion in the show ring when he was five or six, then her blew his tendon in front leg , not once but twice. He was put away in his stall until I purchased him a year later .The tendon was still a bit swollen when I got him . At once i used Bio Scan on him and after a few treatments the swelling started to go down . After about three weeks of treatment I was riding him . Faldon went back into the show ring with me riding him and he  won the regional championship performance division . Then he was completely high school trained to do the Piaffe , Passage , Spanish walk forwards and backwards. Capriolle and Passade. He to this day is still sound.   Faldon caught the West Nile Virus a few years ago after receiving his shot . He almost died and lost all coordination, but with the help of the Bio Scan he again completely recovered and is back to his old self.
